The most direct way is to enquire with the listing agent. Most sellers sell due to a need for new location or the family lifestyle needs and objective are better met with another property, and a need to use the sale proceeds from current property to make the shift.

1) I just checked this block has 85 yrs remaining lease.
2) If a married couple had a child on the very year of living here, their child would already 13 yrs old by now.
3) One of the many reasons could be they are shifting nearer to their child secondary school.
4) There are many reasons why people decided to make a shift:
(a) Taking care of their elderly parents.
(b) For their child(ren) schooling.
(c) Upgrading to a private
(d) Shifting near to their work place, to name a few.

5) The older generation of living pattern are rare to see in a metropolitan city now.
